Islamabad, June 17: Mamtaz Hussain Gohar, a young journalist belonging to Punial, Ghizar district, has been selected to avail the HEC-SAMMA scholarship.
Mamtaz is currently studying Mass Communication at the University of Peshawar.
He has also worked with various newspapers and magazines published from Gilgit – Baltistan. Apart from reporting Gohar also writes opinion articles in Urdu language.
The journalistic circles of Gilgit – Baltistan have congratulated Gohar for availing the competitive scholarship.
